 If they spent half the time improving user experience they might actually gain membership and subscriptions. I understand some policing might be necessary but to delete without informing why is really bad policy. If there is a valid reason (i.e. copyright, breaking Terms of Use etc.)they should inform the user but to just delete content and not inform, the only thing you do is pass off your users. SMH
